club sessions with
kristen spours
I offer engaging on-ice sessions focused on technical development, performance quality, and building skater confidence through clear, practical coaching. Sessions are designed to support skaters at all levels and create a positive, motivating experience on the ice.
Off the ice, I also provide technical training sessions, alongside access to members of my wider team upon request, covering areas such as fitness, injury prevention, nutrition, and sport psychology. In addition, Q&A sessions can be included to give skaters the opportunity to ask questions, gain insight into elite sport, and learn more about training, mindset, and performance.
We also offer online courses and one-off sessions, providing flexible ways for skaters and clubs to access expert knowledge and support wherever they are.

About kristen
Kristen Spours has over 20 years’ experience in the sport, including competing at the 2026 Olympic Games, multiple World Championships, and winning both Senior and Junior British National titles. She brings a wealth of elite-level knowledge, alongside a deep understanding of the technical, physical, and mental demands of figure skating.
Kristen’s career included overcoming significant challenges, including major injury and spinal surgery during an Olympic season, experiences that have strongly shaped her approach to coaching and athlete development today.
Alongside her competitive achievements, Kristen has over eight years of coaching experience, working with skaters from beginner level through to international athletes. She now delivers engaging one-off on-ice sessions for rink clubs, focusing on technical development, performance quality, and building skater confidence in a positive and supportive environment.
Since retiring from competition, she has also shared her journey through speaking and education, with a passion for helping skaters and organisations improve performance while prioritising wellbeing and long-term development.
me to you
As a child, I attended many club sessions and always looked up to the skaters who came to share their experience on the ice — they had a huge impact on my own journey. Those moments inspired me, and now I want to give back by sharing the knowledge, skills, and experience I’ve gained throughout my own skating career. I skated at my home rink and was a member of the Guildford Club for 12 years, I still now consider it my home and understand the value clubs bring to skaters and the communities they build. My aim is not only to support technical development, but also to connect with skaters, encourage them, and create a positive experience on the ice that they can take forward in their own journey.
