aBOUT KRisten
Kristen first stepped onto the ice at the age of six and instantly fell in love with everything figure skating had to offer. What began as a childhood passion grew into a long and fulfilling career spanning over 20 years on the ice. During this time, she developed not only her athletic ability, but also the resilience, discipline, and mindset that would later shape her work beyond the rink.
Throughout her competitive career, Kristen achieved remarkable success on the international stage. She competed at the 2026 Olympic Games, won two Senior National titles and three Junior National titles, and represented her country at four Senior World Championships and three at junior level. She also achieved a top-10 finish at the European Championships, demonstrating consistent performance at the highest level of her sport and strength in character.
During her career, Kristen overcame significant mental and physical challenges, most notably undergoing spinal surgery during an Olympic season—an experience that tested her resilience and strengthened the mindset that now underpins her work as a coach and speaker.
Kristen has trained at numerous centres of excellence throughout her career and brings over eight years of coaching experience, working with individuals from beginner level through to athletes competing on the international circuit.
Since her retirement from competitive skating, she has shared her experiences openly, contributing to articles published in medical journals and speaking at a conference for the Royal College of Psychiatrists. Kristen is passionate about sharing her journey, using her experiences to inspire others and support individuals and organisations in achieving their own version of success.
