Do I need a consultation before starting?
no but, all new athletes are advised to complete an initial consultation with Kristen before booking training sessions, so we can understand your needs and recommend the right support pathway.
Are classes recorded?Yes, all classes are recorded. recording will last 10 Days and be accessible via email link once the class has been delivered.
What if I haven't done online training before?That’s absolutely fine. We will guide you through everything you need to know beforehand, and sessions are designed to be simple, accessible, and easy to follow from anywhere.
What equipment do I need You need a device connected to the internet to join session. All other equipment will be emailed to you for purchase prior to sessions.
Do I need to let my lead coach know about my joining?
Yes, let your coach know about your plans, this allows for a cohesive work relationship between us and your coaches.
